INTERROGATORIES
Focus groups are an excellent avenue to identify potential juror's attitudes toward trial issues. Issues covered would give you their impression of the case's strengths, weakness, and award damages. Able Legal Nurse Consultants, Inc. will coordinate and conduct a focus group for one to ten cases depending on content.

During trial we will note any medical inconsistencies relevant to the case
and quickly point out the inaccuracies in the testimony regarding the medical
issues. These notes will assist in reviewing testimony and planning for
